Preventative Maintenance
During a recent KHS filler inspection, black grease was noted to be leaking from the centre column. A follow up work order with the customer was created and a scheduled time was booked in.
Problem found was that the series of seals were damaged from wear and tear.
Solution: centre column had all bearings and seals replaced and thorough cleaning and repacking of grease. Additionally, all grease lines were purged with clean grease.
